PARTICIPATION

Brand-Owners, Advertising agencies and any other companies involved in brand building are welcome to enter EFFIE/THE BEST BRAND 2009. Each Entry includes campaigns created for one brand. Only Campaigns that ran in Russian Federation between 01.01.2009, and 31.12.2009 are eligible for entry.

To be registered each Entrant must :

1. send to Organizing Committee a Registration form 
2. fill Brief of effectiveness and prepare Creative Materials. All the documents must be received no later then  February, 15 2010. Entries will not be accepted if not accompanied by full payment or are in any way incomplete.
